Action Zone, the board game developed by UCB Pharma in collaboration with IBE as a fun way of educating children and teenagers about epilepsy, has been nominated for two prestigious Communiqué Awards. The awards recognise and reward excellence in public relations and medical education.

Action Zone has been entered in two categories – Best International PR Campaign Award and Writing Excellence. The 2008 awards will be presented at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on July 10th and IBE will find out a few weeks before that date whether or not Action Zone has been shortlisted as a finalist.

A limited number of Action Zone games are still available, free of charge, on a first come, first served basis. Requests for the game should be sent to the IBE Office .
